Art and Crafts

Art and Craft classes are held on a daily basis. We love to play with colors, experience different techniques and use different materials to express the inner artist. Every Friday parents receive portfolio of child’s work.

Backyard and Park

Physicals Activity

Children take part in outside activities twice a day, depending on weather conditions. Our backyard playground features fun slides and play areas for the kids to enjoy and build their social and motor skills. If we plan to go to the McGorlick Park parents are informed and have to sign a list allowing their child to attend the trip.

Yo Re Mi Yoga

Monday morning we practice yoga, singing and dancing to Yo Re Mi songs and Dalcroze Eurythmics.

YOGA- based movement, breathing exercises and mindfulness practices foster concentration, focus, strength, flexibility, balance, health, social emotional learning, fine and gross motor skills, as well as breath and body awareness.

We love nature

Even though our Forest Bear school is located in the BIG APPLE we love nature and our programs evolve around the four seasons. We try to inspire and engage children to discover nature especially in the heart of the City.
